At Cyntsational Celebrations, we know that planning a party or event comes with a lot of moving pieces. Whether it is your first time renting equipment or you are planning a big celebration, you probably have questions. We are here to help.

Below, we have answered some of the most common questions we get about our services, rentals, booking process, and policies. If you do not see your question here, feel free to reach out. We are happy to help however we can.

Can I pick up equipment myself

No. To ensure safety and proper setup, all rentals must be delivered and installed by our team.

Is your equipment cleaned and inspected

Absolutely. Every bounce house, waterslide, tent, table, and concession machine is cleaned and sanitized before each use. Safety and cleanliness are a top priority.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment

Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with every rental. We handle all the heavy lifting so you can focus on enjoying your event.

What areas do you serve

We are based in Lillington NC and deliver to locations within a 30 mile radius. This includes areas like Sanford, Dunn, Fayetteville, and surrounding towns. If you are unsure whether you are in our delivery range, give us a call and we will confirm.

General Rental Questions

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or other reasons, contact us as soon as possible. We offer flexible rescheduling and fair cancellation policies.

What payment methods do you accept

We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payment apps. We will confirm your preferred payment method when finalizing your rental.

Do you require a deposit

Yes. A small deposit is required to hold your rental date. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery. We will go over all payment details during booking.

How far in advance should I book

We recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance, especially during spring and summer. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute bookings when possible.

Booking and Payment

Do I need to supply anything for the machines

We provide all the basic supplies for our popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cone machines. You will only need to supply ice for snow cones and access to power and water as needed.

Do I need electricity for inflatables or concession machines

Yes. Inflatables and machines like popcorn or cotton candy makers require a standard outlet. We can help you plan the setup so everything works smoothly.

Can inflatables be set up on pavement or turf

Yes. We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf. Just let us know your surface type ahead of time so we bring the correct anchoring equipment.

How much space do I need for a bounce house or inflatable

Most bounce houses need a flat area of about 15 by 15 feet. Combo units or waterslides may require more. We will confirm the space needed when you book.

Equipment and Setup

Do you stay during the event

No. Once everything is set up and safety checked, we leave you to enjoy your event. We return after your rental window ends to pick everything up.

Can I use your equipment at parks or public spaces

Yes, but it is your responsibility to get permission or permits if required. Be sure to check with the venue in advance. We can provide proof of insurance if needed.

Do you offer help planning the layout

Absolutely. We will talk through your space and guest list to help you organize your rentals for comfort, safety, and flow.

Can I rent multiple items for one event

Yes. In fact, most of our customers rent more than one item. We offer package pricing and can help you choose the right combination of tents, tables, inflatables, and games for your guest count and space.
